We embrace a mission of socially responsible AI. Our name nods to Arizona's sky islands, ecosystems adapted to unique conditions, just as our Virtual Case Manager is purpose-built for your unique case management needs.
We aim to solve complex administrative challenges in healthcare and government, ensuring that technology serves the community effectively and responsibly.
Founders
Jay Fowler
Co-Founder and CEO
Jay brings deep expertise in finance, operations, and grant management. He has won over $90 million in grants across his career, including numerous HHS grants with clinical and case management components, and provides CFO services.
Ed Hendel
Co-Founder
Ed has spent a decade in healthcare AI and data science, most recently as the Lead Data Scientist for a healthcare AI startup product that sold for $32 million, and then as Associate Director of Data Science for the company that acquired it (Evolent). He previously founded the Medicaid Data Science team at Banner Health, and holds a Master's in Systems Biology from Harvard.
